News 12 Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Julian Seawright says to expect cloudy skies and rain after 4 p.m. on Sunday.
OVERNIGHT: Clouds build by morning. Cold with lows near 30. Light southwest wind.
SUNDAY: Mostly cloudy, then rain developing after 4PM.Highs near 50 degrees in the afternoon.
SUN NIGHT: Mild with rain likely, heavy at times. Breezy with winds from the SE at 15 mph. Lows in the mid to upper 40s. 
MONDAY: Dry for the morning commute with plenty of sunshine throughout the day and breezy winds. Highs near 50. Lows in the 30s. 
TUESDAY: A few clouds & very cold with a stiff afternoon breeze. Highs near 50 degrees, feels like 40/30 at times. 
WEDNESDAY: Cold start, then more clouds in the afternoon. Highs near 40.
