Cold Sunday; wet weather on the way for Long Island

Expect it to be chilly but gray all day long. Rain is set to arrive overnight into Monday morning. The morning commute will be a bit soggy, but around lunchtime, rain is expected to end. The resurgence of rainfall will come Monday night into Tuesday morning.
