Typically, nighttime temperatures in late-November average in the mid-30s across Long Island. Tonight will be slightly colder than average, but as long as you dress for winter overnight and early Friday morning, you will be fine.
It stays mostly dry through Friday, but it will be a mostly cloudy day with a few breaks of afternoon sun possible. There is a very small chance for a passing stray rain shower, but most of Friday is dry. Temperatures will also return to the low 50s.
A period of light to moderate rain arrives towards and after midnight Friday night into Saturday morning. Latest indications are that off and on rain showers will persist through most of Saturday morning before some sun breaks out Saturday afternoon.
Saturday afternoon through Monday looks nice still for November's standards!
