WHAT'S NEW: Cold & dry air will continue to move in. The good news, no rain chances. The bad news, chilly mornings. Our first frost of the season may arrive Thursday morning.
WHAT'S NEXT: After several days below average, we bounce back for the weekend ahead (it'll be wonderful!) with a chance for rain in sight, arriving late Sunday into Monday.

FORECAST:
OVERNIGHT: Mainly clear skies with a light breeze and a chill in the air. Lows: mid 30 to low 40s.
WEDNESDAY: Sunny and breezy conditions with a cool & crisp feeling in the air. Highs: mid to upper 50s. Lows: mid to upper 30s.
THURSDAY: Sunny and breezy again with both the highs and lows running below average. (Average high/low: 63/46). Highs: upper 50s. Lows: low to mid 40s.
FRIDAY: Plenty of sunshine with some passing clouds later on but no showers. Highs: low to mid 60s. Lows: upper 40s.
SATURDAY: *Pick of the week* - A sunny & pleasant day with temps (above seasonable levels) & a light breeze. Highs: mid 60. Lows: upper 40s to low 50s.
SUNDAY: After mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies, more clouds move in later on with a chance for rain arriving closer to midnight. Highs: upper 60s. Lows: upper 40s to low 50s.
MONDAY: Steady rains will be around in the morning hours with diminishing shower chances through the afternoon. Highs: low to mid 60s. Low: low 50s.
