Police say a man left his 2-year-old son alone in a hot, locked car for 24 minutes in Lakewood Tuesday afternoon.

Temperatures were in the 90s when officers found the child in a parked vehicle.

Simcha Feldman, 34, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

The toddler was taken to the hospital for evaluation and is expected to be OK.
