This week, Nikki Glekas of Nikki’s Modern Mediterranean, shows Tina Redwine how to make goat cheese stuffed figs with honey and black pepper.
INGREDIENTS:
  • 6 fresh figs 
  • 4 ounces soft goat cheese 
  • ¼ cup whole milk 
  • Honey
  • Black Pepper
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Split the figs into quarters and place on a platter. 
  2. Mix the goat cheese and milk together in a small bowl until soft and creamy. Add to a Ziploc bag and pipe the mixture evenly into the top of the split figs. 
  3. Drizzle the figs with the honey and black pepper. Serve.
