A Centereach woman is facing charges in a hit-and-run that seriously injured two pedestrians in Central Islip last October.

Police say 34-year-old Kristina Manico was driving on Suffolk Avenue when she hit a man and a woman before taking off.

Manico is now charged with leaving the scene of an accident with serious physical injury.
