News 12 Long Island has learned one of the three bulls rescued from horrible conditions on the East End has died.

Robert, or "Baby Bobbie," was among the trio taken to a vegan sanctuary and preserve in New Jersey last week.

The sanctuary says he died of a heart attack while under anesthesia.

As News 12 has reported, the three bulls were found hidden next to a slaughterhouse.

The slaughterhouse belonged to 76-year-old Carlos Lauro, who is now behind bars after allegedly shooting two dogs.
