A Brooklyn supreme court judge tossed out a lawsuit brought against the redesign of the Court Street bike lane.

The Court Street Merchants Association challenged the New York City Department of Transportation about the project, claiming it would negatively impact business and schools in the area.

The DOT pushed against this, arguing that it is a major safety improvement.

In wake of the ruling, the agency released a statement praising the judge’s decision.
