Suffolk County has decided to sell the Foley Nursing to Brookhaven Memorial Hospital.
As News 12 has reported, Brookhaven Memorial Hospital offered to buy the nursing home for outpatient services including dialysis, assisted living and drug rehab.
Suffolk officials confirm they plan to accept the $15 million offer now that the nursing home company has withdrawn its offer.
