Some Bronx residents have big ideas for what should become of the Kingsbridge Armory and they want to make sure developers keep them in mind. Residents, business owners and elected officials will meet Thursday to discuss and sign off on development guidelines. The current plan calls for four small schools, community and commercial space to be built on the site. Developers will also be required to create hundreds of jobs. Warner Brothers has reserved the armory to be used as a movie set in the coming months. Bronx community leaders say they'd rather see more permanent plans for the facility.
