A Queens man was arrested for allegedly breaking into vehicles and then stealing a car in a Seaford community while he was intoxicated Friday night.

Police say Brian Medley, 32, was walking down Barberry Lane and surrounding roads, stealing items from unlocked cars.

A resident called police, and they arrived to find him driving a vehicle with a windshield covered in ice. Police say Medley was pulled over, and it was determined that he was driving a car that he allegedly stole on Dogwood Lane.

He was also found to have a cellphone and other items, allegedly stolen from other cars in the neighborhood.

Medley was charged with grand larceny, DWI and possession of stolen property.
