5h agoA Brentwood man has been formally charged for allegedly murdering his wife and child
Suffolk County District Attorney Ray Tierney says Zanoor Jaffari is accused of stabbing Misbah Batool and their 2-year-old daughter to death in July.
Jaffari is facing two counts of first- and second-degree murder charges.
He is due back in court in October and faces 25 years to life in prison if he is found guilty.
