Brentwood father to run for school board following daughter's murder
A Brentwood father has announced he is running for the school board after his daughter was killed by suspected MS-13 gang members.
Nisa Mickens, 15, and her friend Kayla Cuevas were found beaten to death in September.
Robert Mickens says he is now running for a seat on the Brentwood school board.
The school board election is May 16.
