The boyfriend of the Hofstra University student who was killed by a Nassau County cop during a home invasion has stopped talking to police.

Bradley Wilson tells Newsday that police were accusatory, seemingly blaming the victims hours after an officer accidentally shot Andrea Rebello.

Wilson claims that police seem to want to show the students somehow brought on the home invasion themselves.

Nassau police will not comment and say it is an ongoing investigation.

Rebello was accidentally shot in May, as police responded to a home invasion at her house off campus.

You can see the rain showers through this evening. After daytime, highs in the fifties going out this evening. After sunset, temperatures are going to be in the forties. We'll have the on and off rain showers into the morning hours of your Saturday. So here's our storm system, rain showers overspreading Long Island as of now west to east of Long Island, Nassau County seeing some of those showers. So evening plans, they will be impacted by a little bit of wet weather going through this evening. You see around eight o'clock, everyone's raining and the threat of rain kind of tapers off into tomorrow morning. So the rest of the day it's cloudy with the showers developing west to east. It may be raining in your neighborhood right now. Already, 42 tonight, scattered showers. Sun goes down at around 425. Here's nine o'clock, looking at the wet weather from the east end to the west side of Long Island. Temperatures are in the forties. We get a little bit of a lull with some drizzle and some fog on Saturday. And then the second wave of rain comes in towards overnight hours of Saturday. Then watch what happens on Sunday. We'll start to see the wet weather moving in and some steady rain for Sunday afternoon. Here's what we have today. Highs are in the fifties, showers developing over Long Island forties tonight with scattered showers and again, mild weather over the weekend.
