Weeks from the start of the summer season on Long Island, the popular Boardy Barn says it is remaining closed until further notice.

The popular Hampton Bays bar says it will stay closed due to the coronavirus pandemic.

However, in a message on the bar's website, it says it will "Do everything in its power to open this summer."

The opening of the bar is up to the state.
