Feel-like temps in the 20s through Wednesday; rain developing for Friday

Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Sam Augeri says wind chills will be in the 20s through Wednesday evening before a warmup for Thursday.

-More windy, cold weather. Wind chills near 15 degrees tonight and only up to 20 tomorrow. Skies will be mostly clear with winds slowly diminishing late Wednesday into Wednesday night.

-Rain returns Friday afternoon, clearing by Saturday morning. Another storm arrives late Sunday with the chance for prolonged showers and gusty winds through Tuesday.
