WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
-More windy, cold weather. Wind chills near 15 degrees tonight and only up to 20 tomorrow. Skies will be mostly clear with winds slowly diminishing late Wednesday into Wednesday night.
-Thursday is my pick of the week for nice and sunny, seasonable weather
-Rain returns Friday afternoon, clearing by Saturday morning. Another storm arrives late Sunday with the chance for prolonged showers and gusty winds through Tuesday.
