A Bellport man was sentenced Thursday to 35 years to life in prison for selling drugs to an undercover officer and possessing a loaded gun.
Johnnie Funderburke was found guilty of the crimes in June.
Prosecutors say he sold heroin and cocaine to an undercover detective in 2021.
They say a search of the 38-year-old's home found fentanyl, heroin, a loaded pistol and cocaine.
Funderburke is also the father of Janell Funderburke, who is accused of shooting a Suffolk County police officer in Coram.
