A Bellport man accused of killing a 45-year-old father in front of his daughter in East Patchogue with a crowbar has been indicted on a murder charge.
According to prosecutors, Trent’s girlfriend called him to Bonaparte’s home after getting into an argument with the victim.
Prosecutors say Trent took off after the attack and was arrested in Ohio five days later.
The 46-year-old is due back in court next month.
