The store revealed that it was recognized as an historic New York state business.
"It's so unique to small businesses because there's not a lot of them that have been around as long as we have," says Gary Hudes, president of Gennaro Jewelers. "We have a very rich long history of community service, and we are very proud to be celebrating our 100th anniversary."
