America New York Ri Wang Food Group Co., Ltd. is recalling about 14,635 pounds of sausage sticks and luncheon loaf products that were shipped nationwide.

Bay Shore-based company recalls sausage products over possible metal contamination
A Bay Shore-based food company is recalling thousands of pounds of sausage products due to possible metal contamination. 
America New York Ri Wang Food Group Co., Ltd. is recalling about 14,635 pounds of sausage sticks and luncheon loaf products that were shipped nationwide.
The items were produced from April 5, 2022 to May 5, 2020 and will have EST. 40200A inside the USDA mark of inspection. 
The problem was found after a customer complained of metal pieces inside a sausage stick, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service. 
Customers are asked to throw the products away or return them to the place of purchase.
