Jinaraya Khan pleaded guilty in December to the 2022 crash that killed 66-year-old Scott Freeman.
Prosecutors say Khan was going 96 mph down Grand Avenue when she struck the victim’s car.
News 12 is told Khan blood alcohol content was over three times the legal limit.
