A Baldwin man accused of collecting insurance money he did not deserve will be arraigned today.
Police say Wilson Castro was arrested in July when he didn't show officers his ID during a traffic stop.
Officers say they were forced to smash his window to make the arrest.
Detectives say then Castro filed a fraudulent insurance claim for the damage, stating it happened during a break-in in Queens.
Castro eventually received $6,000, and police arrested him again on Wednesday.
