After years of serving kosher food, Bagel Boss Jericho is adding bacon and Boar's Head cold cuts to its menu.

The company said in a statement released Monday that "This evolution allows us to cater to diverse tastes and dietary preferences..."

News 12 spoke with people in Jericho about the switch to non-kosher foods at Bagel Boss Jericho, and one man said, "It wouldn't bother me, nope, not at all."

Another woman told News 12, "I think not many people will go there because it's not kosher anymore."

The company said other locations on Long Island will maintain their kosher certification, including stores in Carle Place, Hewlett, Lake Success, Merrick, Oceanside, and Hicksville.
