Babylon Village to hold ceremony in memory of missing boater

The village will host an "Evening of Remembrance" to honor 28-year-old James Jaronczyk and to thank those involved in his search.

The Babylon community will gather next week to celebrate the life of the missing Massapequa boater whose body was found on the South Shore.
The village will host an "Evening of Remembrance" to honor 28-year-old James Jaronczyk and to thank those involved in his search.
Suffolk police divers searched for days and found his body on Thursday after he was thrown off his boat Sunday.
The service will be held Wednesday 7:30 p.m. at Gilbert C. Hanse Municipal Pool on Fire Island Avenue in Babylon.
