A juvenile was struck by a vehicle at an
intersection in Roosevelt this morning.
Nassau police say the incident happened at
Babylon Turnpike and Fulton Avenue just before 9 a.m.
Video from the scene showed what appeared to be a
bicycle underneath a box truck.
Police say the juvenile was taken to the hospital
to be treated.
The extent of injuries was not immediately known.
