A fugitive wanted for identity theft was caught at Disney World.
Quashon Burton, 31, of Brooklyn, was visiting Disney’s Animal Kingdom when an inspector from the United States Postal Inspection Service spotted him.
Authorities say Burton is responsible for stealing the identities of at least four people in order to get nearly $150,000 in government loans meant to help struggling businesses during the pandemic.
He had been on the run for a year before being arrested at a bus stop outside the theme park.
