Authorities say 13 members and associates of a drug trafficking organization known as the “Route Boys” have pleaded guilty to dozens of crimes across Long Island and the tri-state area.
Federal prosecutors tell News 12 that the men broke into dozens of pharmacies to steal drugs, which they then sold on the internet. Authorities say they would also steal ATMs to obtain cash.
Hauppauge resident Cavier Nedrick, 26, and 24-year-old Jonathan Santiago, of Franklin Square, are among those convicted. Both face up to 20 years in prison.
