Police have made another arrest in connection with a deadly West Babylon shooting that happened nearly seven years ago.
Daniel Greenspan, 28, of Manhattan, was arrested at his home on Sunday in the Jan. 31, 2009, shooting death of 32-year-old Michael Sinclair, of Brooklyn. Police say Sinclair was shot multiple times on Kellum Street in a botched robbery.
It is unclear what led to Greenspan's arrest.
Another man, David Belton, of the Bronx, is currently serving 10 years for his role in the crime.
A third man pleaded guilty to attempted robbery.
