The Farmingville man convicted of killing an off-duty corrections officer in the Hamptons will get a new trial.

A judge ruled that errors were made with witnesses' testimonies during Anthony Oddone's trial.

Oddone killed Andrew Reister during a barfight in 2008 at the Southampton Publick House.

Reister was moonlighting as a bouncer.
