Another suspect arrested in connection to a fatal Valley Stream shooting is set to be arraigned Saturday.

Police say DeAndre Carter, 20, was shot and killed on Ocean Avenue outside an illegal party at a rental hall in August. They say a 12-year-old and two teens were also shot but survived. Another man was injured as well.

Police say Kenny Greene, 23, is facing conspiracy in the second degree charges.

Alleged gang member Kyle Matthews, 21, and Isaiah Gonzalez, 21, were also charged in the case. Matthews pleaded not guilty to murder and weapons charges. Gonzalez is charged with second-degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
