Another Farmingdale parent has sued the school district over the tragic deadly bus crash in September.

According to online court documents, the lawsuit was filed on behalf of Christopher Malanga and his daughter.

The lawsuit says the girl “sustained severe and permanent personal injuries” in the crash.

The suit also names the bus company and one of its drivers, Lisa Schaffer, of Centereach, accusing each defendant of negligence.

This is now at least the 14th lawsuit to stem from the crash.
