Some Long Island residents celebrated Easter at the Milleridge Inn in Jericho Sunday.

The event featured face painting, balloons, bounce houses, pony rides and the Easter Bunny.

Some of the families in attendance have been celebrating the holiday at the Milleridge Inn for 35 years.

Milleridge Inn Owner Butch Yamali says it gets better every year.

“That's what makes me want to do it more. See family smiles, little babies running around and people thanking me and having a really good time at my place which makes me feel really good,” he says.

The highlight of the day for many was the egg hunt, as children rushed the field to fill up their baskets and bags.
