Three members of the MS-13 criminal syndicate have been charged with the fatal shooting of a Long Island man in 2015.
Prosecutors say Roberto Abrego-Reyes, Miguel Alfaro-Santos and Jose Baires-Novoa were behind the 2015 fatal shooting of Kenneth Evans Jr.
The trio apparently were out looking for rival gangs when they targeted Evans, who was not a gang member.
Each of the three could face mandatory life sentences if convicted.
