According to police, a woman’s wallet was stolen from a shopping cart at Whole Foods in Lake Grove on Feb. 24.
A
man and woman attempted to use credit cards that were in the wallet to
make purchases at Target and Best Buy in South Setauket the same day.
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information that leads to an arrest.
Anyone with information about these incidents is asking to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS.
