The incident happened on June 10 at the Old Navy store in Green Acres Mall.
According to police, the individual threatened store employees with pepper spray after they caught him stealing.
A reward of up to $5,000 is being offered for information. Anyone with a tip is asked to call 1-800-244-TIPS.
