Airbnb is working to prevent New Year's Eve parties.

The company uses artificial intelligence to block certain one-to-three-night reservations to crack down on parties. And guests will have to sign an anti-party agreement before booking.

Airbnb used the same program in 2022 and saw a decrease in disruptive parties.
