The New York State Attorney General's Office is investigating a fatal police-involved shooting that happened Friday evening in Massapequa.
Nassau County police say an officer shot and killed David Clements after he ran toward police while pointing a gun at them.
News 12 is told Clements had been holding two guns to his head right before the altercation as he stood outside a home on Stone Boulevard.
Attorney General Letitia James will review police body camera footage as part of the investigation.
