Details of the release include $2 million bond for Mahender Sabhnani, $2.5 million bond for Varsha Sabhnani, electronic monitoring and around-the-clock security at the Sabhnanis? home, which the couple must pay for. They have also consented to random searches of their home.
Several entrances to the home must also be locked under the deal.
Immigrations and Customs Enforcement agents said they will be at the home to make sure all the requirements are in place.
