The owner of a Shelter Island market has been hit with a lawsuit over accusations that she sexually assaulted workers.
Eight foreign workers have filed the suit, claiming they were spanked and groped by the owner Marie Eiffel.
According to court papers, Eiffel also made racial comments about the workers and withheld tips.
News 12 reached out to Eiffel about the lawsuit but has not heard back.
