This Thursday, the 34.3 Foundation will lace up again for the 5th annual 34.3 For the 343 Memorial Run — a powerful tribute spanning 34.3 miles from Long Beach to the 9/11 Memorial at the World Trade Center in Manhattan.

This solemn journey honors the 343 FDNY members who gave their lives on Sept. 11, 2001. Over 30 runners and 50 bicyclists are taking part.
