Police say five teens are accused of breaking into 15 cars at the Central Islip train station since last month.
Police say Gerardo Ramirez-Perez and Jose Mendoza, of Central Islip, and three younger boys used a BB gun to break windows on parked cars.
According to police, the teens stole things from damaged cars at the train station as early as yesterday morning. Investigators say they have targeted cars in the lot since last month.
Ramirez-Perez and Mendoza were arraigned and charged with criminal mischief and petty larceny.
