5 new COVID-19 cases reported in Plainview-Old Bethpage schools

News 12 was first to report an outbreak in a third-grade class at Old Bethpage Elementary. The school is now being investigated.

News 12 Long Island has learned there are five new cases of coronavirus in the Plainview Old Bethpage schools.
The schools include one student at John F. Kennedy High School, two students at Mattlin Middle School, one student at Pasadena Elementary, and one student at Old Bethpage Elementary.
News 12 was first to report an outbreak in a third-grade class at Old Bethpage Elementary. The school is now being investigated.
Out of 16 kids in the class, 11 have tested positive, as well as the teacher.   
That school is remote today and is scheduled to reopen on Monday.
