A Poughkeepsie man is facing charges stemming from a crash that killed a Bard College graduate following a monthslong investigation.
Rohan Patrick, 40, was charged with criminally negligent homicide.
Linh Hong Nguyen, 25, was walking on Route 9 in Red Hook last May when she was struck by a car that jumped the sidewalk.
Nguyen had just received a master's degree in music from Bard College.
Patrick was remanded to Duchess County jail without bail.
