Several people were hurt after an ambulance overturned in Port Jefferson Station.
First responders were on the scene on Route 347 near Woodhull Avenue just after 7 p.m. Thursday.
They say the ambulance flipped onto its side, causing the front window to shatter.
News 12 is told the ambulance swerved to avoid a car, then struck the curb and overturned.
Police say four people inside were taken to the hospital. All are expected to survive.
