At least three Hudson Valley colleges have been ranked among the top nationwide.

Annual rankings from collegefactual.com list Vassar, Marist and Bard among the top 300 out of more than 2,000 schools across the country for 2023.

Vassar in Poughkeepsie is ranked 101. Marist, which is also in Poughkeepsie, comes in at 233. Bard in Annandale-on-Hudson is listed as 264.

The website says it ranked the schools based on 20 different factors, including graduation rates and post-grad earnings.
