More than two dozen Long Island zip codes have made Forbes' list of the most expensive zip codes.
The most expensive on Long Island is Sagaponack where the median price of a home is nearly $7.5 million.
The second is Water Mill where median homes cost more than $4 million. Wainscott is right behind Water Mill.
As for the most expensive zip code in the country, it is in Atherton, California.
The community south of San Francisco has a median home price of more than $10.5 million.
