An Oceanside woman charged with driving drunk and killing two people on the Southern State Parkway has had her bail revoked due to a federal indictment out of Louisiana.

Prosecutors say Diana Kutateladze is accused of trying to bribe a public official to release an ICE detainee a year and a half ago.

She was arrested in March after crossing over the median while speeding and striking multiple cars in West Hempstead.

The occupants of a vehicle she hit head-on both died at the scene. Several others were also injured.

She faces up to 25 years in prison if convicted in the fatal crash. She faces another 15 years in the federal case.
