News 12 has obtained exclusive surveillance video showing the moments before a deadly stabbing outside a shopping center in Canarsie Wednesday night.

Police say 34-year-old Isaiah Freeman was killed outside the Seaview Plaza shopping center near Seaview Avenue and Rockaway Parkway just after 8 p.m.

The surveillance video appears to show some type of argument and fight break out outside a deli in the shopping plaza. In the upper corner of the video, a person wearing a white shirt can be seen swinging toward Freeman’s chest area.

Moments later, Freeman backs up several steps before collapsing onto the pavement.

Investigators say Freeman was found with a stab wound to the chest. EMS rushed him to Brookdale Hospital in critical condition, but he later died.

A police source tells News 12 detectives are looking for three women who ran off along Rockaway Parkway after the violence. No descriptions have been released.

Right now, it’s still unclear what started the fight. No arrests have been made, and the investigation remains ongoing.
