Man indicted for fatal shooting behind Huntington Station deli

Police say a 16-year-old boy has been arrested in connection with the deadly shooting of a 15-year-old in Queens.

The teen is facing gang assault charges.

Jaden Pierre was shot in the chest inside a park near Merrick Boulevard and Baisley Boulevard on April 16.

EMS brought Pierre to a hospital, where he later died.

On April 24, police arrested another teen, 18-year-old Zahir Davis, and charged him with murder.
